By using ClevPost, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Description of Service

ClevPost is a marketing platform that helps small businesses create and publish promotional content, including content related to local events, to their connected social media accounts.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3. Connecting Social Media Accounts

By connecting a social media account (such as Instagram Business or TikTok), you authorize ClevPost to access and publish content to that account on your behalf, using only the permissions you explicitly grant during the connection process. For TikTok, you also agree to TikTok's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, and you confirm you have the right to publish the content you submit. You may disconnect any account at any time from your dashboard.

4. AI-Generated Content

ClevPost uses AI to help generate marketing content. AI-generated content may require review before publication. Users are responsible for ensuring published content is accurate and complies with applicable laws and platform policies.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ClevPost to publish content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, or that violates the policies of any connected platform — including Instagram's/Meta's platform policies and TikTok's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of your business information and any content you approve for publishing. The ClevPost software, branding, and platform remain the property of ClevPost.

7. Service Availability

ClevPost is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for issues arising from third-party platforms (including Instagram/Meta and TikTok) being unavailable or changing their APIs.

8. Termination

You may stop using ClevPost and disconnect your accounts at any time. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

ClevPost is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ClevPost after changes constitutes acceptance.
