Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube. On Instagram it publishes feed posts, Stories, carousels and Reels; on Facebook, Page posts, photo albums and Stories; on TikTok, videos and photo posts; on YouTube, Shorts.
Instagram needs a Professional account (Business or Creator) — Instagram offers to switch a personal one for free while you connect, and you keep your followers and posts. Facebook connects a Page, not a personal profile, so the account needs a Page first. YouTube needs a channel on your Google account. TikTok needs nothing beyond the account. In all four cases you connect from Social Media Manager, sign in on the platform's own screen, and ClevPost never sees your password.
English, German and Arabic. Arabic is written in Modern Standard Arabic, which reads as professional across the whole Arab world rather than marking your business as being from one particular country. German uses the informal du unless your brand tone calls for Sie. The app itself is available in all three languages.
Yes, and the same is true of the others. Publishing runs on the official Instagram and Facebook Graph APIs, TikTok's Content Posting API and the YouTube Data API, using permissions that Meta's App Review, TikTok's audit and Google's OAuth verification have each approved. ClevPost never signs into your account or automates a browser session, which is what puts accounts at risk with tools that do.
Shorts. Attach a vertical video, write the caption, and ClevPost uploads it to your channel at the scheduled time, or immediately if you press Publish now. The first line of your caption becomes the title and the rest becomes the description. You can trim the video and write on it inside ClevPost first, so you do not need another app for it.
Because uploading alone is write-only. The upload permission cannot read back which channel it just connected to, so without the second one your account would show as connected with no channel name against it, and you would have no way of telling which channel your posts were going to. The second permission is read-only and is used for exactly that: to show you your channel name and picture. ClevPost does not read your viewing history, your subscriptions, or anyone else's videos. Google reviewed and approved both permissions for this use.
Only once, and only if you connected it before 3 September 2026. Connections made before then were issued under Google's testing mode and expire after seven days; reconnecting once gives you one that does not expire. If a connection ever does stop working, ClevPost tells you on the post rather than failing silently, and reconnecting takes a tap.
You approve them. Drafts arrive in a queue where you can read, edit or reject each one. Once you approve a post, ClevPost publishes it at the scheduled time without you needing to be there. You can also publish immediately when something cannot wait.
Yes, free forever and no credit card. It includes AI post generation, 5 posts a month, 3 AI-designed pictures a month, and publishing to Instagram and YouTube. Pro adds Facebook, TikTok, Autopilot, carousels, Instagram Reels and video Stories, campaigns and Product Launch, and comes with a free trial.
Yes. Upload your photos and videos once and AI tags them, scores their quality and suggests captions. The Photo Studio can also take a rough photo from your phone and rebuild it into a finished, professional-looking picture around your actual product, with your headline and price on it.
A whole campaign for a new collection, written from a list of your products. Add each product with its photos and price, pick the launch day, and ClevPost writes a teaser before anyone knows, a spotlight for each product, the launch-day announcement and a follow-up afterwards. Every post is scheduled and waits for your approval.
Yes. ClevPost connects to Claude as a custom connector, so you can write, design, schedule and publish posts by asking in a chat instead of opening the dashboard. In Claude go to Settings, then Connectors, then Add custom connector, and use the address https://clevpost.com/api/mcp with sign-in turned on; leave the client id and secret blank. You then approve it on a ClevPost screen that names your own account. Claude is the one that has been tested and is known to work; other assistants put custom connectors behind a paid tier and have not been verified.
It uses OAuth, so no password or key is ever shared: you approve the connection on a ClevPost page, and you can end it at any time. The assistant gets exactly what you can do yourself and nothing more — the same plan limits, the same spending caps, the same approval step before anything is published. Publishing to a real account is marked as an action that cannot be undone, so a well-behaved assistant asks you to confirm the caption before it posts.
Not in depth yet. You can see your posting history and what has gone out. Reach and engagement figures wait on the Instagram Insights integration, and until that ships ClevPost shows only numbers that are actually true rather than estimates.
